I’d like to thank ErzaScarlet for her kind comment…but I removed it after talking to the attorney. as he said it is not something that should be posted on the internet. he asked me a strange question (he asked “would you go up to a rape victim and ask her if she’d like to post a video of her traumatizing experience on the internet to show the world what happened”….my answer of course was no) he said my situation was considered one of similar distress on a person’s life, he asked me if I wanted to relieve that moment over and over again, and I responded again, no. he also asked me if I wanted my daughter to relieve that moment over and over in the future….and I again answered no.
he said evidence like that is really only something that should be shown to the police and in a court of law to protect the innocent from having to relieve a terrible moment over and over again via the internet.
he also pointed out that anything and everything I’ve ever said on my site or out in public has been plastered all over the net and criticized, what would make posting a video of the incident any different, accept that the hate community would have more to make fun of and criticize….

I was also recommended to keep my public posting of this incident to a minimum so to no longer give the hate community fuel for their nasty and despicable banter.

he also recommended that I make my forum private to the public and only posting members could view all of the site (make intro, news and gallery available to members who have not posted…and the rest of the members can view the entire forum after they’ve made a certain amount of posts…)
and I agree with the suggestions that were made to me…I will be making my forums private and removing the moderation that was placed on this forum, so to free it’s members to post like they did before, but in a private forum, versus a Public forum where anything and everything they’ve said has been criticized for their supporting me and my dolls (I have removed many comments on this forum due to people being criticized or attacked by the hate community)

Finally Back on the Net after a Great MetroCon 2010. I had a Blast Guest Judging Anime Idol, they’re was a lot of great talent on stage this year, I wanna thank all the entrants as well as the attendees who watched, everyone was a winner that night! and all the Panels were a lot of fun too. I promise to get those packets out to all that requested them from the Saturday panel, sorry for the delay, I’ve been out of town for a little while after the convention. I’ll be able to start sending out the packets via email as early as tomorrow.

I’d also like to let everyone know that I’ll be opening a small preorder within the next week for anyone who wants jump in on it, it’ll have all of my current LS dolls available on it. I also wanted to let everyone know that this will be the last time SD Mature Ted will be available, as after this small preorder, the Head will be discontinued. as will Chibi Ted as well. I will also allow LS chibi body orders too.

I will also within the next few weeks be putting up the few in stock dolls up on the site as well.

I’d also liked to introduce one of my LS Prototypes (I will release her name after she is casted ^_^ ) as many attendees from MetroCon requested I do. I’ll post a few other pictures when I feel up to it.

She is indeed sporting the new “rude” hand and Yes My Prototype was on display as well as went to a few panels with me at Metro and available for not only handling by convention attendees, but also available for real life comparison to any who came to the convention. I took off her clothes many times to show off her jointing as well as to allow over 20 different people to physically compare to any doll they wish to with their own eyes. and I’m very happy to report that all doll comparisons that were brought up to my prototype were proven in my favor in front of over 1000convention attendees to be nothing alike any of the dolls that it was accused of being alike (ie. different shapes or different sizes all together or a mix of both)….we also were even given a couple AE dolls, pear included (by other attendees, who found out after seeing the live physical comparison and seeing that I was wrongfully accused) to sell at our table and to have them for all the convention to see. (the old owners of the AE dolls were appalled by the differences and angered that no physical proof went with the false allegations, and they no longer wanted anything to do with a company that would accuse with no physical evidence to back their false claims)

I not only got over 20 apologies from people who had admitted to wrongfully bad mouthing me either online or at doll meets….as they went with what was being said by the oh so trustworthy low lives of doll hate community, but I also decided this is how all future sculpts will be handled from now on… I will proudly parade the prototypes, before they are put online around at Conventions I attend, having it available for any and all to see in person and will welcome any one who wishes to compare ANY of the parts to any other doll they’d like, and I will shoot down any future harassment/false claims made against my dolls with at least 1000+ witnesses to the physical proof that will be on display for the public.

And funny enough I have been contacted by 3 very well know and established doll companies who have offered to buy my future sculpts and put them under their label, making me one of their anonymous sculptors of their respected companies, as they feel what Armeleia/Aimee (Den of angels’s newest owner) did was out of personal hatred and jealousy for me and my talent. as these companies feel that my sculpts are better than many out their and deserve to be shared with the community freely. and to keep power hungry psychos like Armeliea/Aimee (who only get what they want in life by trying to pathetically bullying or tear down other people) from keeping my dolls from the community. I may and may not take them up on their nice and sweet offers, I may reveal which dolls are mine several years down the road if I should so take this route (as the thought of the hate community and Armeliea racking their brains to figure out which ones are my personal sculpts makes me laugh so hard… as I know Armeliea will be so mad at herself if she accidentally lets one of my sculpts on to her newly acquired DoA and funnier yet…she may even purchase one without knowing it’s mine….totally laughable)….but personally I like taking nasty low lives like her and the Hate community head on, as it only makes me stronger.

Thanks to all my wonderful friends and family who have supported me through this disgusting ordeal. your support makes me stronger and I appreciate each and everyone of you ^_^ not just those who have posted here on the site, but those who have also texted me, emailed me and messaged me here on the site.

As to the BS that Armeliea/Aimee started on DOA….honestly, I could care less…as everything she did with her post on DOA, she already told me prior with that horrid nasty email that was sent…I already knew that I’d never be back on DOA, nor do I ever wish to be a part of a community that is run by a Psychotic power hungry ***** like Armeliea.

I now believe more than ever that the horrid email I got earlier this year was indeed from her. as everything that was in the email she laid out as completely true…she said I’d never again be allowed back on DOA, which I had already accepted and no longer cared….and she also made it to where any doll I ever make will also be banned off HER site…which is also a part of keeping me off her site…

I do love the fact she claimed that I trashed talked DOA…no I didn’t, I trashed talked you specifically Armeliea and said I wanted no part of a community with someone like you in it. yes I did mention about the old owner and another DOA moderator (Twigling (yes maker of the twiglimbs body) was the moderator to be exact…and Twigling was the moderator I cc’d on all communitcations during the time when Armeliea herself publicly accused me of copying a luts doll with my SD Mature Ted( I also cc’d all communication to the at the time Denofangels webmaster (who not only was kept a secret from the community, but not given an ounce of credit either for her years of service and help the Den of angels))( I stated in the communications with Twigling because I DID NOT TRUST Armeliea, and I had every right not to, I even brought up the nasty things she had said and done at the Ohio workshop retreat with Twigling when she asked why there were others cc’d for mine and Armeliea’s dispute….and Twigling knew more than well that what I was saying was 100% true….but she did proceed to say that Armeliea was only joking when she said those terrible and nasty things at the Ohio Workshop retreat….but I know she was only trying to protect a friend…which is admirable…even if the friend is a two faced power hungry psycho) I know that Twigling and the old owner of DoA only asked me to keep quite about being wrongfully accused by armeliea quiet because they wanted to protect DOA’s image, as they cared about the site (and that is admireable), I did not bad mouth them…I merely stated what they did).
I also find funny how she didn’t post on DoA all the Nasty things she did and she said at the Ohio Workshop retreat….as she wants to protect her image as best as possible….and as far as trash talking….everything I said about the Ohio Workshop retreat….wasn’t trash talking, it was relaying the truth about the horrible things you said and things you personally bragged about doing to people on Denofangels…
also thought it was funny that she claimed she had no contact with me since the ohio workshop retreat…as I cc’d Twigling and the at the time webmaster of DoA all of my communications with Armeliea up and until late march after the ohio workshop retreat. so n,o communication did not cease at the ohio workshop retreat…Armeliea bold faced lied about that.

as for my “rude” hand (will one day to be plural (one for my chibi bodies)) (which I’ve decided to give the title “Demon” Dedication hands) is not dedicated to the doll community in general like Armeliea falsely claimed….it’s dedicated to A******s like her and the low live trash of the hate community….now unless she’s implying that the whole of the doll community is part of the low live trash….that’s another story…..but Armeliea made the accusation, not me…<

and First off I want to make this Crystal clear, Amaira Rose/Brittany is no friend of mine, nor was she ever an actual friend, she was once an acquaintance, a Friend of a friend. but she terminated any and all acquaintanceship between us when she began going on DenofDemons even before I was ever pregnant and started trash talking me, what I do and bashing those close to me.
I never said once to her I was going to go online and “retract” what I have posted on the matter of last year, just because she looked me in the eyes and apologised and claimed she didn’t do it on purpose (as Amaira Rose/Brittany has claimed a lot of things that were flat out lies). I said I was going to update my post.
First of all, Amaira Rose/ Brittany has bold faced Lied to the DenofDemons people. She claimed a few things that were entirely false. I not only have access to a security footage from the incident to back my story, I also have 11 witnesses that are more than willing to testify on a witness stand in a court of law. some of those witnesses were also witness to Amaira Rose/Brittany’s coming up to me and talking to me at MetroCon this year.

Last year I went to MetroCon 2009, I was a little over 7 1/2 months pregnant. (I had several people around my table when the incident occurred and I also had 2 neighboring local artists who had tables next to me that were also witnesses, the neighboring artists near me had never met me prior to the convention, nor were we acquaintances or friends prior to the incident) there was also a MetroCon Security staffer at my table at the time of the incident as well.
Amaira Rose, Yelled out loud (what she yelled, I have no idea, it was a pretty loud part of the convention center, but I turned toward her direction) (and for anyone who knows Amaira Rose/ Brittany know that she’s NOT a small person, yes she is short, but she is a very size-able person, she may have possibly out weighed me while I was over 7 months pregnant and I’m at least 4 inches taller than her) she also had a very large Camera around her shoulder. and within seconds of me turning around, she slammed into my Stomach at what felt like full force, I instantly grabbed my stomach (there were over 11 on lookers, several who didn’t even know me came to my side asking if I was alright/ok) both my husband and the convention Security staff that was at my table and physically saw what had happened instantly got upset and began questioning Amaira Rose/Brittany, my husbands exact words were “what on earth are you doing running into a Pregnant woman like that?” and Amaira Rose/Brittany’s exact response was “Huh? I didn’t know she was Pregnant” and then within a few seconds of saying this, she ran off into the crowd and disappeared.
(which for any of you DenofDemon members, you’ll know immediately that what she said was a complete LIE as she had been joining other trash from DoD bashing my pregnancy and making fun of it for months prior to MetroCon, Amaira Rose/ Brittany, Knew very well and good that I was pregnant when she had run into my stomach.)
the MetroCon Security staff instantly sent another Security Staff after Amaira Rose, as they believed it was malicious and on purpose and she also alerted the Tampa Bay Convention Center that they may be a situation. But Amaira Rose/Brittany was no where to be found.

I was on the floor of the convention center for about 10 mins holding my stomach until the pain subsided a bit, I even had a bruise where Amaira Rose had run into me. it was larger than a baseball (many thought it may have been from the large camera that was around her shoulder, as when she ran into me her camera swung around her and also hit my stomach) the bruise appeared within minutes of her running into me and only began to look worse and worse within hours.
I tried to be optimistic and tried to reassure those around me that I wanted to believe that Amaira Rose/Brittany had not done it on purpose, I wanted to believe that no one was that heartless, nasty, despicable, and that much of a low life. cause at the time I didn’t know she had been making fun of my pregnancy and those who hung around me and were close to me. but I found out within a few months of the incident of all the terrible things that were being said about me, not just by Amaira Rose, but by a few others that were once acquaintances of mine as well.
Those around me at the time of the incident wanted me to call the Police to report her as I knew a lot of her personal information as well as several people around me even knew her address where she lived, as well as other information about her that I didn’t know.

The Full Truth is that Amaira Rose/Brittany, ran into my pregnant stomach, claimed to not know I was pregnant (which was a bold faced lie, being that she had been on DenofDemons making fun of my pregnancy the whole time I was pregnant), then not only didn’t apologise at all, but ran off within seconds of her claiming that she didn’t know I was pregnant.
then she lied and claimed that she “hung out with the table” after the incident….like I said, I have 11 witnesses all more than willing to testify on a witness stand in a court of law, to support all I have said above, but I also have access to security footage of the incident showing that within seconds of her running into my stomach, she ran off into the crowd and did NOT come back at all within the artist alley for the rest day (this was my last day at the convention, I went to a doctor to be checked out to make sure my baby and I were ok, as well as did not attend the last day of the convention (sadly enough I missed my baby shower that the convention and the friends of the convention held for me on Sunday at Metro))

Yes Amaira Rose/Brittany did come up to me with a mutual friend (who was sadly enough also accused by a few of being in on this terrible incident (I won’t get too in detail of the other party, as I believe she was not a part of this disgusting incident, and was more and likely accused by others only due to her knowing and being a friend of Amaira Rose/Brittany)) and there were 2 Security Staffers within feet of my table, watching to make sure there was going to be no trouble with Amaira Rose/Brittany when she came or anyone else seeking to cause any kind of disturbance with me. There was also the Tampa bay convention center Security on stand by to escort any trouble makers off the premises as well as on stand by to call the local Tampa bay Police if things were to escalate.
She came and asked me what was going on, and I said well I’d like to know myself what’s going on. and I asked for an explanation of what had happened last year…and Amaira Rose began to tell me…she had accidentally tripped over someone (who I don’t know and did not recall anyone within her range that she could have tripped over) and then she said, um but I barely bumped you right? and I said no, you ran into me pretty hard. and then I asked her if she could look me in the eye and tell me that she didn’t do it on purpose and she did look me in the eye and say that she didn’t do it on purpose. there were 6 witnesses that were there and next to me when Amaira Rose talked to me. 2 of which were also witnesses to last years incident, and they both said flat out they didn’t believe her for a minute and said the excuse didn’t connect at all with what had happened. Amaira Rose/Brittay claimed she was in a rush and needed to find a ride that day and she never gave an excuse as to why she did NOT apologise last year when the incident occurred and she also had no excuse as to why she claimed that she had no idea I was pregnant when she ran into me. she did apologise at MetroCon 2010 for running into my pregnant stomach at MetroCon 2009, this much is very true.

I was civil, I was even nice about talking with Amaira Rose, as I’m just that kind of person that will try to give just about everyone the benefit of the doubt. and believe that most people deserve to have a second chance. but after her lies she’s claimed to DoD, it makes me question what else she’s lied about,and I’m starting to doubt she is actually sorry for what she did, I very much just feel that she just doesn’t want to look like the bad guy, she also doesn’t want me or my husband to call the authorities or to take her to court, as with the evidence against her, the witnesses, the security footage and such (I’ve already talked to a very well known and trusted friend of mine’s lawyer and they told me “with all that you have you should prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law, your safety and the safety of your family should never have to be in jeopardy as if this went to court, the lawyer said I was 100% sure to not only win the case, but have more than enough evidence and witnesses to put Amaira Rose/Brittany in jail for many years to come, as all of the physical evidence was more than damning and 11 witnesses willing to testify against Amaira Rose/Brittany was just the “icing on the court cake so to speak”)

I no longer wish to hear anymore lies out of AmairaRose/ Brittany and I no longer wish for her to attempt to approach me or those I’m with at conventions I attend, I will be alerting all convention security staff to be on stand by if she attempts to cause anymore trouble (as the conventions will be all to glad to throw out a trouble maker and/or to permanently ban those who would try and harm others) and if Amaira Rose/ Brittany wishes to harass me any further, i will have no choice but to take matters up with the lawyer and press charges against her. I’ve also consulted with a local police officer as well and the advice he gave me was near identical to what the lawyer gave me. although he said, even though there was an apology made, I should still press charges against her, as someone like her is dangerous and should not be given an opportunity to do this sort of thing again. This is all I will say on this matter, unless Amaira Rose wishes me to take her to court and if it escalates to that, I will be posting all that happens within the court and I will make the sentence she receives public on my forum. The Criminal Justice records for arrests and sentences are posted and available for the public to see on the Govt sites, I will just make it easier for everyone to find her criminal record if she gives me any further causes to press charges on her.

Metrocon was this past weekend, and both LS and Amaira were there. Amaira had no idea any of this was happening at all, so she went to talk to Lady Sayuki about it after we told her about it. In the end, all she had to do was look her in the eye, say she didn’t try to kill her baby or whatever, and Lady Sayuki said she’d post on her blog and take back what she’d said. I’m waiting to see if/when this happens.

There was some truth to Lady Sayuki’s story though- Amaira Rose did run into her last year. Amaira’s a very touchy/huggy person. She hugs as a greeting and tends to put a hand on your arm when she’s talking. She went to hug Lady Sayuki, who she was basically friends with, when someone ran into her. She, in turn, bumped into LS. There was apparently a delay, then an ‘ouch’ or whatever, Lady Sayuki’s boyfriend/husband or whatever was freaking out, but nothing else happened. Amaira hung around the booth for a while, and all was fine.

So yeah, TL;DR Amaira didn’t try to kill her baby, but she did bump into her.

Nice throwing your friend under the bus, there, I guess?

Since she’s going to retract the story on her blog, do you suppose she’s also going to apologize for claiming Den of Demons conspired to hurt her baby? I mean, I’ve asked (even on her forum — posting is moderated and she or whoever is doing the moderating didn’t let my post through) for links to or screencaps of the offending posts, and no one’s provided me with a thing, and now she’s admitting that no one even tried to hurt her baby.

Heck, I’d settle for her admitting that it wasn’t true, sans apology, but I doubt I’m going to get that either. I guess theoretically I could contact a lawyer about her libeling the forum as a whole, since she’s basically falsely accusing us of plotting attempted murder and she knows it, but fortunately for her I feel like that’s a waste of my time.

LadySaiyuki – Setting the Record Straight

I am sorry for this to have come to this point; there is nothing that I would have liked more than to have remained completely uninvolved. However, I will not tolerate baseless smear campaigns against DoA or myself.

In January of this year, Asleep Eidolon made an announcement through their distributor, Mint on Card, that LadySaiyuki’s new sculpt, “Serenity,” was a modified recast of their “Pear” sculpt. Based on this announcement, coupled with photo overlays and receipts indicating that LadySaiyuki was the owner of two Pear heads that had been purchased directly from Mint on Card, LadySaiyuki was banned from Den of Angels.

Our sole communication with LadySaiyuki was her ban notice, which indicated that she would need to clear up the issue with Asleep Eidolon. This ban notice read:

According to Asleep Eidolon, your new doll sculpt’s head is a modified Asleep Eidolon Pear. We do not condone bootlegging. The issue is between you and Asleep Eidolon, so please contact them if needed.

Rather than contacting DoA, Mint on Card, or Asleep Eidolon, LadySaiyuki produced “progress photos” that were intended to prove that she had sculpted the doll from scratch. As she posted these pictures, she made several smears against Mint on Card, DoA, DoA’s members, DoA’s moderators, and me personally. Many of these statements were redacted and many images were stripped of EXIF data as time passed and other websites pointed out conflicts and contradictions in her evidence or questioned her smear tactics.

During all of this, we had no contact with LadySaiyuki and maintained a radio silence on the forum. We did not want to make any statements that could be construed as libelous or could be twisted and presented out of context.

The insults escalated for awhile, then seemed to die down. Recently, LadySaiyuki began claiming that she had emails from me, the owner of DoA, that proved that the whole situation was entirely due to a grudge match between the two of us. I broke my silence on my journal to state that I had had no contact with LadySaiyuki since late 2007/early 2008 and any email shown would be a fabrication.

A few friends notified me this morning that LadySaiyuki has publicly posted a long rant about me, including an email that I supposedly sent to her in January.

The text of this email is as follows:

I thought when you made your mature ted head I had enough needed to ban you back then, but at the time I did not own denofangels and did not have the power to get rid of you, and then you posted those comparison shots which lifted your ban. But now it’s different and I now own the site and can do as I please.

Even if you prove your innocence with comparison shots to the public, it won’t help you, as I made the statement that the claims against you have to be dropped by the companies before you would be allowed back on my website for a reason. As I have spoken with the companies and I know Mint on card and AE will never retract their claims against you even with proof as both they and I believe you are not capable of sculpting anything above cheap toys and even if you were talented enough to sculpt above that, it’s your own fault that you brought this drama on yourself, you should not have sculpted something that had any similarities to a company that is superior to yours.

I think you should just face the fact that whether you like it or not, there are people in this community that will always hate you and everything you ever do will be attacked as you are a natural target. An irritating and talentless ditz like you should have never been able to gain the popularity that you did and it pisses me off to have to deal with your freak followers messaging and emailing me that “it’s unfair” what happened to you. I don’t give a **** what’s unfair, I don’t like you, never did, never will and I want you off my site PERMANENTLY! Hence the statement I made on DoA as I know Mint and AE will NEVER retract their claim even with Proof showing they are not the same.

so seriously this will be the last time I contact you as you are not worth my time,

I would hope that it would be obvious to anyone with two braincells to rub together that this has been fabricated. If you compare it to any of the almost 3,000 posts I have made on DoA (or any post I have made in my public blog), the writing style is completely inconsistent with my own in terms of spelling, sentence structure, grammar, word choice, and capitalization. Instead it has a much stronger resemblance to LadySaiyuki’s own writing style. In addition, aimee.armeleia@gmail.com is not my email address, I never refer to DoA as denofangels (it is always either DoA or Den of Angels), I do not sign my notes as ~A, I do not serendipitously capitalize random words such as “Proof,” etc., etc. The whole thing is so ridiculous that it verges on comedic. I actually laughed aloud this morning when I read what I had supposedly written; I had never fancied myself such a moustache-twirling villain and wish that the whole thing had been prefaced with “Before I kill you, Mr. Bond…”

On a more serious note, this does take the whole matter too far. Both this fabricated email and her tirade about me constitute libel and will not be tolerated.

Because of her repeated smears against DoA, the moderators, and myself, LadySaiyuki’s ban is now permanent. In addition, any future sculpts that she produces will be banned from our forum regardless of originality. This includes the “rude hand” that she is sculpting for her tinies, especially considering that she has stated that the gesture is specifically directed at the doll community.

We would like to remind everyone that DoA is a privately owned and operated forum, and per our Terms of Service, we do not tolerate harassment. Additionally, banning dolls or members is entirely at our discretion; we do not owe anyone a venue to sell their dolls, nor are we responsible for anyone’s livelihood.

There will be no discussion of this post or LadySaiyuki herself on DoA, as we do not wish to continue this drama. This post was simply made to set the record straight.

Contents of the post include the full text of the email allegedly sent to her by Armeleia, comparison photos with an Asleep Eidolon Pear head, and allegations that members of Den of Demons dared each other to hurt Lady Saiyuki at conventions to make her miscarry her baby while she was pregnant.

About this last: As a long-time member and a current administrator of Den of Demons, I  can say that to my knowledge this never happened. I’m not aware of there ever being any posts of this type, and if anyone has links to or screencaps of any of these posts I ask that they please send me the links. Email them, send them via AIM, PM me on Den of Demons or Den of Angels, comment here, I don’t care — just give me caps or links. Because I have never deleted any posts that had to do with LadySaiyuki, to my knowledge the previous admin never deleted any posts that had to do with ANYTHING, and I’m not aware of any such posts ever having existed.

It has been brought to my attention that someone on LadySaiyuki’s forum has been referring to emails between LadySaiyuki and I.

as for moc and doa, neither will budge. armeleia told ls straight out she would never be allowed back on doa no matter what she did or proved and she also said that moc and ae would never retract those false statements either, I’m tempted to post the email that armeleia sent to ls, but I really think ls should post it, I’m going to call her tonight to try and get her to come back to her forum and make a public post on what has happened over the past few months. she’s been away for too long and from what I see here she’s missed.

These emails do not exist.  The sole communication between DoA and LadySaiyuki was her ban notice on DoA, which simply states that the issue is between her and Mint on Card.  We have not contacted her personally, nor has she contacted us.

I have had absolutely no contact with LadySaiyuki in over two years.  Anything produced to the contrary has been fabricated and I would consider it libelous.  I have absolutely no desire to be involved in this drama and have worked very hard to keep DoA as uninvolved as possible.   This is not “a DoA scandal;”  it is an issue that is strictly between Lady Saiyuki and Asleep Eidolon.

This is the only statement that I am going to make on this issue.  I am an uninvolved party and wish to remain so.

Edited to add: Apparently the allegations of communication between LadySaiyuki and Mint on Card are also false, according to the comment they were kind enough to leave below.

I’m not really too far into the doll community, not even a member of doa,

I was one of the people who bought 1 of ls’s Pear heads that mismatched it’s body. due to all this crap that’s happened, I more and likely will not keep the pear head, but I did take a few pics for comparison for ls when she sent me her prototype head. and I know she’s been really busy with moving into a larger house, her baby, and all the other crazy stuff that’s been happening to her. she’s been mia from the internet for a few months and I heard from the cosplay crew she was just in the hospital again.
but I seriously believe these photo’s really need to be here asap, so I’m, posting the side by side lineup that I sent to ls….shows 5 different views of BOTH heads together:

I’ve sent this image of the lineup comparison to ls along with all the separate files and a couple others, these pics show pretty well that Ls’s head is not a modded copy like the false slander that’s going around says.

There are obvious differences between the two heads. but I think I’ll let ls post more in detail as to what is obviously different.

I honestly told ls she should go after the moc and ae companies as well as dod for the false slander they’ve put against her, especially being that they had no physical evidence, just a few photoshop layovers done by people that have hated ls long before this ever happened. but ls told me back in feb, that she was so sick and tired of a guilty until proven innocent community and that fact that no matter what she did or said or proved it’s not like she can ever get back on doa anymore and that she has more important things to do, like taking care of her child, moving into a new home, and getting healthy again among other things. it’s a shame really, as I was just an anime convention hopper and it was ls that introduced me to bjd’s and now that I’m starting to get interested in them, the one who got me into them now doesn’t want to do what she loves anymore.

well I’ve said my peace and I’m just glad now that this evidence is now up, hopefully ls will get back on her site and fill in the rest of the blanks on the “doa scandal/nasty email she got from the new doa owner” and all the other drama surrounding this terrible incident.

I was told by a cosplay buddy of mine she was in the hospital for possible appendicitis. I think she’s ok though.

as for moc and doa, neither will budge. armeleia told ls straight out she would never be allowed back on doa no matter what she did or proved and she also said that moc and ae would never retract those false statements either, I’m tempted to post the email that armeleia sent to ls, but I really think ls should post it, I’m going to call her tonight to try and get her to come back to her forum and make a public post on what has happened over the past few months. she’s been away for too long and from what I see here she’s missed.

and I’ll find out how she’s doing as well, I hope she is well or at least recovering well. she is a tough cookie so I’m sure she’s ok. but it doesn’t hurt to check in on her now and then.

I really hope that she’ll make her msd doll as she is very very beautiful and she’s really my type of doll. and I really hope she continues with her msd line as I was hoping for a larger eyed cutie made by ls one day.

Now, to step briefly out of the impartial blog updater role:

First of all, those photos make me more convinced, not less, that the doll is a copy.

Secondly, I would put money on ABailey82 being LadySaiyuki gone incognito. For someone who just happens to know her, she sure knows (and cares) a lot about exactly what’s going on in her life.

Third, considering that from a legal perspective I am Den of Demons — I pay for the webhost, the domain is registered to me, the VBulletin registration is in my name — I must admit that I can’t be totally impartial when she’s possibly plotting legal action against me (theoretically DOD could stand for Dream of Doll, but I don’t think they ever got involved so I assume she means Den of Demons). That said I do  not take the threat seriously at all, considering she doesn’t even know that had DOD made false and damaging statements about her, which we have not, that would be libel.

Hello there Everyone on LS,
sorry for my recent absence, I have not been very well and have needed a much needed Break for my health, which I’m taking still,
but I wanted to say how sorry I was to miss out of Idex this year, as there were so many people that have supported me and been wonderful friends to me, that I would have loved to see.

and I am now starting to tackle my many many emails, pms and messages of support and love, I should have all of them answered within the week.

I send my hugs and love to all my Friends, Family, colleagues and fans that stick by me and have always believed in me, you are all a treasure to me and I love you all so very dearly.

I heard so many nice and wonderful things that everyone said about me and my dolls at Idex and all the wonderful wishes that were passed to me through my table that was at Idex.

oh and the online store will be updated with dolls that were on display at Idex later this week.

And Sadly due to all the stresses that have arisen via the doll community, I have decided that my new Kodomo serenity will not be made available for now (the few who ordered her will be contacted asap and refunded accordingly) as I will not have a doll that I put so much love and effort into ridiculed or harassed anymore than it already has been, this may change in the future after everything has been cleared up…oh and don’t get me wrong, I will still be posting Comparison pics to prove allegations made by scum of the doll community completely false (as I have proven every single time they have made these bogus/nasty allegations (every single doll I’ve ever made has been attacked by the scum of the community over the years…and after a while it just gets irritating and tiresome))
I’m just not interested in fueling their pitiful and lowly fires of drama attempting discussions….

one thing I will say, I will be starting a Yokai series that will all come with “saluting” right hand extra pieces dedicated to the lowly scum of the doll community (this hand will only be available to those 18 and over or to those under 18 that their parents/gaurdians can contact me and let me know it’s ok for them to have such a hand (it will be a “Flipping the bird” hand))

I’m interested to see that she’s not admitting that Bobobie opted not to cast the doll.

I somehow doubt that anyone who’s a big enough fan of Lady Saiyuki to have ordered one of their dolls will want to talk to me, but I figure there’s no harm in asking what people have heard.

A Den of Demons poster who claims to be friendly with people at Bobobie says that the Serenity prototype was sent  back to Lady Saiyuki as of last week, so presumably the doll will not be cast, at least not by Bobobie.
